Two other swimmers joined me in the sea today. They had been looking out over Portland Harbour as they thought they had seen a seal, and were enjoying gazing out over the sparkling water. I was so surprised when I turned around to see them preparing to join me. They said that I had inspired them to go in too!
We swam and chatted and made friends, but we didn’t see a seal today. Maybe next time.
