Getting back into the sea today after the storms of the past week was very uplifting for me. I also loved the fact that it was high tide when I swam at 10 a.m in Portland Harbour.
The sun is very low in the sky at this time of year which meant that it’s reflection on the sea looked like a golden pathway. I swam towards the sun, feeling renewed invigorated and very happy.
